Herb Tremble

Herb Tremble A Florida resident with a diverse career spanning across multiple states and countries in Central and South America, Herbert has generated over $200 million in total career revenue across all ventures. He graduated from Hampton University with a degree in Airway Science and Aeronautical Engineering and gained early experience as an intern with the FAA, later working as an air traffic controller in Oklahoma City and Norfolk Tower.

After two years with the FAA, Herbert transitioned to entrepreneurship, first launching First Step Communications, a telecommunications business in Pittsburgh, which grew to seven stores before being acquired by Pagenet in 1999. He then expanded into convenience stores and gas stations before focusing on construction in 1999 with Eagle Welding and Structures, Inc., where he served as COO and grew the company from $300,000 to $9 million in annual revenue until 2010.

In addition to his construction ventures, Herbert founded Club Builders LLC, a company that expanded nationally and internationally, creating clubs, restaurants, and lounges. He also ventured into freight forwarding, brokering, and logistics with Always Blessed Caribbean Enterprises, focusing on procurement and new business in the Caribbean.

Herbert is also an experienced construction consultant and contractor with Iron Butterfly Group LLC and Master Contractors and Subcontractors of Florida. He has played a significant role in hurricane relief efforts dating back to Hurricane Andrew in 1992, working as a minority contractor with various U.S. agencies to provide pre-, during, and post-disaster relief, especially in the Southeastern U.S., Puerto Rico, Bahamas, and Jamaica.

Herbert is a member of the 100 Black Men of South Florida and is committed to advancing climate change action and economic recovery in storm-affected regions.
